Our care for our products and our concern for your satisfaction does not end after purchase. It is important to us that you continue to feel good about purchasing our product. This care starts directly upon delivery. Our products are delivered with a full set of documents. If the product is being used for the first time, one of our staff will always be on site to give operating instructions.

At our manufacturing plant in IJsselstein, we arrange product-specific training for your technical staff who look after the maintenance of our products.

In the case of breakdown, our 24-hour service is available for help and advice. Our mechanics have the thorough product know-how that will get your system up and running again without delay. In the case of breakdown, you can contact our service department. Repairs and maintenance are carried out by Terberg Techniek B.V.

In order to provide customised service, we have moved repairs and maintenance of the bin-lift systems, the streetsweeper units and the transportable KingLifter forklifts to Terberg Matec Benelux
